I hear that all of you are very positive on the outcome of this courtcase, but what do you think the odds are that the outcome is positive (residence card will be granted)?
Does anybody know the url of a soft-copy of this EU-directive under question?
Lets say the outcome is positive, wishful thinking, what will be the next steps that the department of immigration will make, do you expect that everybody who hasn't received a residence-card will be send one asap?

Dutch husband, American wife, applied for a residence card, after 7 months got a Stamp 4 visa for two years.
Do we all wear a red rose to recognize each other?
I suggest we all meet to the right of the main entrance. I'm a female too, dark brown hair (not too short, not too long). Don't know what I'm going to wear yet!
Static, remember the case is scheduled for 11am, so 10:45 would be the right time to meet!

In case things don't work out the way we hope it would, maybe we can try to meet Mr&Mrs.Kumar and try to work out further strategies with them.

That's just a list of all the the EU directives that have to be implemented by the justice Department. They relate to different things, not only the EU1 procedure.
As you can see the relevant one to our cases was implemented in April 2006, but unfortunately wrongly (in our opinion) implemented, as we all know by know. and that's what the case today is all about.
Lets just wait and see for another hour or two, and we all might be much more informed.
