Online IRP renewal as Spouse of Irish citizen

Hello,

My spouse has tried to renew her IRP stamp 4 (as Spouse of Irish citizen) online using the form https://inisonline.jahs.ie/
After she uploaded all the supporting document and clicked submit, the system displays a message: "Unauthorized"
Her IRP expires after one day.

Has anyone experienced the same?
Is this because her IRP expires tomorrow that is in one day?

Shouldn't be the case, maybe just the website.

How long did she take to upload documents? If it's too long of a wait at any stage, site might terminate connection, lose session and that's possibly an outcome. Try again.
