rejection of work Visa by Ireland

My appliication for working visa has just been rejected, reason being I do not hold a BSc in QS, but in fact I hold a MSc in Construction Economics from one of UK universities and Diploma in Building from Malaysia, and with 10 years experience as Quantity surveyor. I am seriously don't know what is going on....
