PLEASE ONLY ANSWER IF YOU KNOW FOR SURE, NOT WHAT YOU THINK IT IS

Guys, for my first year of residency in Ireland I got a letter saying that my stamp 4 permission starts ON THE DATE OF THAT LETTER and I was only able to register with the GNIB almost 11 months after that since my passport was with INIS for a different process. Did those 11 months living on a stamp 4 letter count towards my residency calculator? I even worked using that letter as proof of work permit.
