I am facing a situation with my husband.I am a Non EU citizen and I have been married now on September 5 years I was due to applying for the citizenship on December. But my husband cheat on me and let other pregnant so I am leaving the house at the end of the tenancy in October.
I was reading I can do a retention of visa using the EU Form 5 but I wanted to know how easy is this for me to get this.
I am working full time since 5 years I have no kids we were renting and I cannot afford to stay in the place.
Please if someone can help out I appreciate it I cannot afford a lawyer at this moment.
