Stamp 1H Doctor

Hello everyone

please if anyone can guide me, I came to Ireland 2022 July, I am doctor and came as PG specialisation training. I also applied for my wife as dependent and we came together.
when I came to Ireland I came on on Stamp 1H and my wife was my dependent. I got 2 years visa for my training and upon completing my training, I have to got back to Pakistan to report authorities that I completed my training.

My problem is that, my wife changed her status as work permit skilled worker she got job in Mater hospital Dublin, it's 2 years work permit. she is not dependent anymore. she is working as registrar directly with hospital. she got skilled worker class A visa.

I have still 6 month remaining to complete my training, Can I apply as my wife's dependent while in Ireland?
I can save my time instead going back to Pakistan and applying spouse visa from Pakistan. it takes almost year and half

please give reasonable advice and what kind of form I have to full while putting my application inside the Ireland.
