You need to tell us about your personal circumstances.

In general Stamp 4 is NOT a long term or permanent residence permit. It is just a stamp that allows you to do most of things in Ireland without restriction, but there is a time limit, normally 1-3 years depending on your situation. You can renew it but you must be still doing the same thing (eg if you get Stamp 4 by critical skills work permit then you must still work in a critical skills employment; if you get it by marriage to an Irish citizen then you must still be married to the same person).

You can apply for long term residency (5-year residence) and that’s Stamp 4. You can also apply for permanent residency and that’s Stamp 5.

Minimal in the 3 posts user has made so far, has applied for citizenship 5 weeks ago.

I have stamp 4 for three years based on five years legal residence in the country and also have an Irish born baby with Irish passport.

Ok then my point stands. Your Stamp 4 is not permanent residence. You can renew it indefinitely as long as you are married to the same Irish person.
