Start date on Naturalisation Residency Calculator

Hello Friends,
Probably a silly question but what should we enter in 'Start Date' for the oldest stamp in Naturalisation Residency Calculator, The date when I landed in Ireland first time on Critical skills(then workpermit) or the date when I registered with Garda for my GNIB card?
I plan to apply for naturalization shortly and have held stamp 1 and then stamp 4 for the last 5+ years.

The day you landed in the IRELAND. Because you were holding a valid visas. I did the same for my and now I am an Irish citizen.
