Student visa refusal please

I acknowledge the attached documents in support of visa application IRL . These will be associated with the application. As you may know
from our website (www.inis.gov.ie), we require original documentation and
not copies. The Visa Officer (or Visa Appeals Officer), when considering
the visa application, may decide to ignore any documents which are not
original (unless you were requested by the Visa Officer to send copies).

It remains open to you to submit the original of these documents so that
the Visa Officer (or Visa Appeals Officer) will definitely take them into
account when coming to a decision on the application. Should you wish the
original of any document to be returned to you then you must send us a high
quality copy of that document when you send us the original.

I sent my appeal. Then I sent euro bond receipts via email. Should I send then post as well?
