Tax Clearance

Quick question. Is Tax Clearance Certificate (eTax Cert) still required with the current version of Form 8 application for citizenship through naturalization?

I've got two different versions of the form - one from April and one from May. On the first one it says Tax Clearance is needed (page 2, instruction 10) and on the latter it doesn't say anything about it. I also checked Citizenship Guidance Document and there is not a single word about tax.

If it's not in the new form, they don't need it.
