My question if the department refuse my review then what is the best option? I don't want to go for court. Will they accept fresh application? Sorry If inappropriate

Very similar indeed, mine is expiring on the 21st of February.. my wife changed jobs so I informed INIS straight away. Hopefully that'd be an update and a wake up call to finish the process asap

@eirelover - Has ur wife workplace / employer received any call from inis or still nothing??

I've dropped them an email yesterday and they replied they are completing June's applications by now.

Response received Wednesday 25th April 2018, Application sent on the 26th July 2017.

Update EU5 / EU3 accepted got aproval 10 years letter today with in 7 months all done #

Hi guys,

We need help with something. I will be appreciated if you reply. I am an eu citizen and my wife is a non-eu citizen. She got her temporary stamp4 on August 2018 and it expires on April 2019. We received a letter that says a decision will be taken before February 2019. After she got her stamp4, she applied a job and she got accepted. However the company wants her Gnib card which she have not received any card. Did you guys receive a card after you had the stamp4 in your passport? Because no one told us that and also it was not mentioned on the letter that we received.
