Unable to clear arrears - but got job

Hi

Im yet to finish my graduation (clear the thesis - I hope i will not clear) , But I got job offer to join september. So how the work permits work in ireland, Company is not sponsoring visa till my probabtion. As now i hold Stamp 2 student Visa. how can I get stamp 1 ?

It looks like in your case the Stamp 1 will be based on an employment permit and you can’t apply for your first Employment Permit when in Ireland, unless you are applying for an occupation on the Highly Skilled Eligible Occupations list.
