Yes my partner evetting disclosure was viewed on 22nd Feb, We also have child. I don't know how they are processing files. They only received 5000 applications approx, what could happen if they receive 15000 :|

Yes they received 5000 total. 1300 asylum scheme and 3700 undocumented scheme.

I can’t see more then 10000 applications in total by the end of scheme but if they receive then it will take 1-2 years approx I guess.

We are the first top thirty application but our name is not in the 250 people who got approved last month. Doesn’t make sense to me.

I agree, 250 applications are for promoting the scheme, and mostly MRCI or Justice for Undocumented people got the visas.

Do you have any previous EuFam case or any other application with ISD, or your uncle aunt have any previous immigration history?

My wife and I had one interaction in 2019 they were going to issue a section 3 but never followed through, we got a person ID at the time. But no EUFam or any other permissions were given to us at any time.
My uncles family got a section 3 and they tried to get the leave to remain but that was three years ago and they never heard anything back.
We’re all from Brazil.

I’ve seen many family applications getting approved and my one was a family application also, the issue is just scheduling a date with immigration now.
The officer where I went said they are going slow to send approval letters because of this.
I wish you all the very best of luck!

Family applications are approving which are simple. If any application had MOC, section 3 or deportation orders they are not answering yet regardless when they applied. Its my own opinion, it could be wrong.

But they must give positive responses to family applications asap if they do not have criminal record. as they also suffering even our children are suffering.

They just want to promote the scheme but not ready to give visas of immigration history applications which is totally unfair.

So they are saying do not try to regularise, keep yourself in shadows then we will give you visa.

Evettings are done 2 months ago, and new evetting are delayed not giving visa to less complicated visas, I don’t know what they want? Its like stressful and panic attacks, bad thoughts to harm ourselves.

If you ask status, just general auto response! 3 million spend on scheme, it doesn’t look like!

Absolutely right.

The core issue of this scheme was regularise people who had no immigration status in the state, specifically undocumented children who are born and living in the state undocumented.

I have a family application applied on 31 Jan and vetting done on 22 Feb but still waiting for the decision.

It seems, those children are not the priority anymore for the department.

Children are suffering every single day.

-So anyone having previous case with MOC or sec 3 is getting visas or not? They still not processing these kind of applications even its Amnesty from Justice Minister.
-We and our children are suffering
-And no one is brave enough to ask them questions on social media, MRCI is just relaxing now, they are not chasing them for slow process of applications
-People who had there evetting completed must get there decision asap.

Hi All,

If your EU treaty rights visa is revoked after scheme is launched (revoked in April 2022 from inception i.e 2015) does it make it eligible for undocumented scheme?

You have to have been undocumented for the last 4 years, 3 if you have children, if you had any legal status in the last 4 or 3 years before 31/01/2022 you cannot apply unfortunately
