Virtual phone (VOIP)

Hi All, I am trying to apply for Jobs in Ireland as i plan to reach Ireland by May 2021 from Bangalore . could some one help me on choosing what is best Virtual phone (VOIP) so that recruiters can reach me on that number.
Also i am not sure if that approach works, kindly let me know if anybody have any information about this
