Visa Appeal refusal JR

Post by MaryellenIreland » Sat Sep 04, 2021 9:14 am

Looking for some advice..

Has anyone brought JR proceedings against a visa appeal refusal and been successful? If so, what was the time frame for the outcome?

Have been advised by a few solicitors along with a senior barrister that I have strong grounds to proceed with JR, but unsure if its an extremely lengthy process. Have already waited 2 years for this answer.

Thank you

I am 6,000 below financial requirements.

They have stated there is no reason why I cannot relocate to my husbands home country.
However, I have a 6 year son who has an Irish dad. We have a written agreement in place for maintenance and visitation. They have not considered this when stating there is no reason why we can't move, but we included this in visa application.
