Irish critical skills visa application from South Africa

Hi all.

I'm in South Africa and need to know the quickest way to apply for an Irish Critical Skills visa. I have the completed form and need to now submit it. Is the local embassy the fastest?
Or should I post via speedmail to Ireland?
