Irish naturalization question for non EU wife!!!!


Dear all,

I would like some help if possible. I am a UK citizen working in Dublin . My wife is a Non-EU citizen at the moment and has been resident in Ireland for more then 3 years now on stamp 4 permit. what i would like to know is:

1: is she eligible to apply for an Irish citizenship now or she got to wait 5 years?


any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Spouse of EU citizen can apply for naturalization after 5 years

And

Spouse of Irish citizen can apply for naturalization after 3 years

So your wife need to wait for 5 years.
