IRL application - employment

Post by ree628 » Tue Aug 04, 2020 10:50 pm

Hello,

I am hoping someone could help me out with this, as this is a bit different from the previous applications I've done.

1. For the finances I am filing under: Employment, however after I filled this out, it asked if I (or in this case the sponsor) is a director of a limited company, and my husband is.
So I have clicked YES, but it is asking for accounts. However, I'm confused as to what this is for and what we should do - as we are obviously not applying as a director of a limited company, but actual employment and I don't want them to mix the payslips / and company accounts, and only count us by accounts - as that won't be enough to satisfy the requirements.
On the other hand, I cannot select NO, as that isn't true either. Please assist.

2. We have a child (UK citizen by birth) but obviously she is our dependant, however, in this application, I had no questions about her details -- is this correct or did I accidentally skip something? I only ask as there were questions about children, even those UK born in the previous application.

Thank you for your help!

1. You should select NO. Your answers are based on what route you want to apply rather than true/false statements
2. Not an issue
