IRL

Hi all

Please I need your help!!

I arrived to UK on 28th of Jan 2008 under HSMP. I changed to Tire 1 on 4th of Jan 2010. So I assume I am allowed for the IRL on 28th of Dec. I have been working since 30th of Jan.

I have the following questions:

The time to apply will fall during Xmas period. I am worry there will be lot of holidays. Any advice when I should apply?

I traveled with work and have been in paid holidays (all paid). The periods of work travel and paid holidays are more than 180 days. Do they approve the IRL for cases like this?

Also I have a job offer from British company where I need to travel to work from their office in Paris 4 days a week, the job starts Jun 2012 (6 months before the ILR application day). IS this a problem for the IRL application?
