ISC Liable CoS vs ISC Exempt CoS

Hi all,

I'm planning to apply to tier 2 visa for changing my company very soon, but my company issued an ISC liable CoS whereas I've been in the UK since 2016. Do you reckon would that be a problem or do they need to reissue a new certificate?
