Hi,
My wife has passed ESB ESOL entry level 3 English test and got the certificate from ESB awarding body and submitted naturalization application with that certificate at the beginning of the October.
Now, today we got a message from the examination center saying that ESB has re-issued ESOL certificate as previous one had an error (Ofqual logo is missing in previously issued certificate) and asked to submit new certificate to home office.
I called ESB awarding body and they confirmed that they had issued few certificates with error and they have been re-issued them with covering letter and again advised me to send corrected certificate to Home Office. They also told me that they already informed Home Office regarding this issue with few certificate and Home Office is aware of it.
In our case we already submitted naturalization application a month ago. What should I do now?
1. Should I send new certificate with cover letter received from ESB?
or
2. Call Home Office mentioning the issue and take their advise?
Senior please suggest.
