Job Code not exactly matching job description - 2119

Hi, my sponsor is the NHS, wherein I have been offered a research-based/project management role to work in mental health research. My job description and title, however, don't exactly match the 2119 job code - there are slight differences as I will be doing project management alongside research. Will my application be rejected?
