Job loss - ILR

Hi All,

I am due to apply for ILR on Apr 1st 2009, but unfortunately I losing job and will be working my notice period until Jan 2nd week, falling short of 2 months payslips for ILR application.

Can I go contracting for this period and show loss if I dont find any other job?...Can doing any job will do for ILR application, does it help from partner as my wife is in full time job and she is dependant on me.

any ideas much appreciated...and thanks in advance for all your replies.

Do you think I can apply in April..or do I have to wait till I get a contract job to show some revenue?

U should able to generate some business so management accounts can be prepared

u need to show progress and plan of yr business , documents systematically yr thoughts and u will be laughfing
