Job offer letters and Interview Call letters

Post by marupa » Mon Nov 12, 2007 7:44 am

Hi seniors,

I definitely need your help on this one. I have been applying for Jobs from various portals but I haven’t been called for interviews.

I want to know how important it is to have Job offer letters or Interview call letters before applying for EC as I am confident that once I reach UK I’ll be able to get a job in my field. I am planning to apply for EC next week. I have printouts of the jobs matching my expertise. Is this enough?

Please advice

Thanks,
marupa

Thanks SYH..

I understand the importance of have a job offer or interview call letters. But I just want to know if there are cases where the EC was rejected due to this reason.

Especially with the new VAF2 form, where there is more enphasis on Job Offer, I am worried

I've not heard anyone. Thats illogical to reject application only because of this. You know HSMP is supposed to be an open visa and they issue without any prior job arrangement. If one have a job offer then (s)he can go for work permit also.

Simply it doesn't make sense.
