The job role must meet the higher of the following thresholds

• Not be below a salary of £26,200 per annum

• Must meet the minimum rate for the job

• Must meet the National Living Wage if the applicant is 23 or over or where the Home Office sets a higher rate

Using your figures assuming the hours worked as a full time are set at 39 hours per week
Lower rate of salary £35,325 your gross salary pro rata would be £20,379 so would fail to meet £26,200 threshold
Upper rate of salary £42,518 your gross salary pro rata would be £24,529 again failing to meet £26,200 threshold
