Job placement as a Tier 4 student!

Hi everyone, was wondering if anyone could help me to understand how does this job placement system work for tier 4 students.

Well let me tell my background story. I applied to extend my visa to complete my final papers of acca in feb 13 from my existing college. Today I received my biometric card and it says no work unless job placement.

Last time, when I extended my visa they simply wrote no work. But this time extra thing added, I mean job placement! I actually have an accountancy training offer, but I couldn't accept it before as I wasn't allowed to work. So, I was wondering would I be able to get this training under job placement programme. Do I need to contact with my college and get any written confirmation?

Some of you find it silly question, to be very honest with you I actually don't know how does this job placement system works. Would be really glad if anybody cokes forward!

Job Placement mean work arranged by your (HTS) Sponsor/College (not you) and should be a part of your course. (i.e necessary to get the qualification for which CAS has been issued.) and mostly this things written in CAS.

ACCA training contract is not a part of ACCA course (Tuition) for which you have been issued CAS. Officially the training phase is to complete your ACCA, which is an external body and do not participate in visa process.

Rest, you can ask your sponsor/college about it. They may be in a position to get something better for you.
