Job Prospects in UK for Banking / Sales / Insurance Trainers

Hi,
I have received my visa and hold a valid HSMP work permit. I work as a Training Manager of Sales and Banking products with a MNC Bank in India. Would like to know the prospects in UK with my kind of experience of 8 years of which 6 years in Sales / Banking / Insurance Trainer
