Job SOC code

Hi all,

Thanks to everyone for providing me some valuable advice so far. My query is regarding the NQF level 6 job codes that are required on the CoS.

In my case my role covers the responsibilities of 3 different SOC codes, each fulfilling a particular part of my job description. No single SOC code seems to contain all my job responsibilities per se.

I am working with my HR manager on this issue, however I would like your insights on how best should I address this issue.

Two of the jobs minimum wage requirements are well under my proposed pay bracket but one of them is slightly senior in position and in the minimum wage requirements.
