Job Title diff but same duties as 0213

I am working in govt dept and have an experience of 5 years as System Analyst but my job responsibilities includes all of those mentioned in 0213.

Actually in our govt organization there is no such Manager designation,
i.e in IT dept there are fol designations.
1st Programmer/Asst NW Administrator
2nd System Analyst/NW Administrator
3rd Deputy Director
4th Director

So could i apply under NOC 0213? if Yes then which should i mention in my application. if No, what should i do.

Pl Anybody giude me, i ll be greatful.

Job title is not important, as long as you have performed most of the duties and responsibilities for that job, including having managed other employees, you can apply.

Keep in mind that the list of jobs is going to change in the next few weeks. If you qualify for a job currently on the list, you may want to apply before the list is changed.
