My wife is searching for a job in N. Ireland; she has 6 years of experience working on Database(Oracle) based projects. She has registered with the local recruitment agencies (Belfast based), but the problem is that she is not even getting any interview calls. Both of us are a bit surprised that it seems to be so very difficult to get a SW job here. Dont know, if we are doing anything wrong, or missing out something.

If anyone has any suggestions, please help. All help is greatly appreciated:)

You might have to move to the london area for the best financial industry jobs. But you should also check the online job sites.
