joining EEA national spouse visa interview at embassy

Hi ,
I don't know if I am at right place or no just ignore my post, I post once but I deleted on that time
little history about my immigration...I was deported from Ireland just after my marriage and we lose high court case last month
due to national law ,my spouse is dual national Irish / British ..so we already apply eea joining spouse visa for Ireland which was
refused due to not traveled or work article (3)2 of my wife she work in Uk ages ago not enough to apply free movement I think ..
So we have strong four year relation ship which going to end by my stupid immigration history in Ireland ...most of working illegally and addresses court gave negative decision cost us fortune 15000e.
we decide to move Italy .I apply for joining spouse visa at Italian embassy at Pakistan last week they call me for an interview which goes wrong in interview...I submitted all court document and EU refusal of Ireland all my photograph and air ticket , accommodation ,
Today I was at Italian embassy ,where they call me for interview
when it started not long visa officer just said why your wife is moving to Italy why not she moving to Pakistan you were deported from Ireland why should I allow you, when I told him we are moving because in Ireland national law don't allow us to live together,
under Metock judgment and free movement we can travel any other eu country with out prejudice of immigration history
visa officer said dnt tell me about law,he was still on deportation and was I am refuse your visa I told him give me written refusal he said I will post it ....its just two min interview he dnt look up my document's and he was so in hurry throw me out he even dnt allow me to explain him any thing he was saying I dnt care about ECjudgements , he was sitting inside banker like lots security checks and i get to embassy after ten places screening He was saying why you dnt bring her to over Pakistan and why she is moving to Italy ..how I can bring here I can't give her that much security
If any one can help us will be very thankful so strees can he ignore EU directive 2004 Metock ECJ? any answer will helpful
