Joining work after start date on cos

Hi.. My start date on Cos is 11/10/2015. However, the cos iitself was issued only on 15/10/2015 and my visa was approved on 29/10/2015. Due to family circumstances, I could arrive in the UK only on 19/11/2015 and have collected my BRP, which states that my cos is valid till 11/11/2017. I intend to join work on Monday 23/11/2015.Will this be an issue with the home office? Please help me out. Thank you.
