JSA on ILR will it affect Spouse Visa from India???

Hi

I have got my ILR on 5 years Tier 1 Basis in Feb 2014. In March I went to India to get married. I was there for 3months (came back before 90 days).

Since I came back to UK I am looking for Job, but due to some reason I am not getting one.

My Question is if I go for JSA (Contribution-based JSA) will it affect my Spouse Visa when she will apply (say after 4/5 months)??

Just in case before going to India I was employed for nearly 8 years without any gap, and in my last job I was earning odd 26K.
