Judge overturned decision after 6 months...

guys

i need some advice, my sis in law had her settlement application refused but allowed on appeal in march.
The home office did then not challenge the decision but however after 6 months off winning the appeal the judge overturned the decision without notification to us. we onli recieved the new determination today and i need some help guys.
