judical review

hi.
i have been refused 2nd time for hsmp tier1 due to pgd diploma from bites.
firstly home office said. pdd level 7 is not equal to master degree, as i applied it as 35 points. they gave me right of appeal, in apeal i had an argu with home offce person that bites is not an awarding body and is not affilated with any univesity in uk. i said they how home office accept this qualification for igs and the they gave extension into psw. after one weak i recieve judjent that this diploma is not equal to master degree.
then i reapplied it as on point based calculator it was giviving me 30 point for qualification and 10 point for english language. i have submit my application on 8th oct with uk naric letter stating that they can only assess overseas qualification uk qualification does'nt need assesment.
on 31 of december 2010 i have recieve letter of refusal that uk naric refuse to accept this qualification equal to bachelor or master thats why they gave me 0 points for qualification and 0 for english language too. this is totaly unjustice, descrimination and rasisem.
then i applied for judical review on 4th of march. i have recieve a letter for judicial review team that my case have been forward to member of office , he will be intouch with you shortly today is 28th april 2011 still waiting for decision .

What you do mean you applied for Judicial Review and got a message from the 'Judicial Review' team? The Judicial Review team where? Have you actually lodged an application with the court?

its pre action protocol for which my solicitor had applied. and i recieve letter from judicial review unit operational litigation. that what is written on there letter, there is no further update by them still waitin.
