Judicial Review

Post by koshur » Wed Sep 22, 2010 10:05 pm

Hello everyone

I applied for HSMP back in Feb '06 and think I come under Judicial Review and can apply only after 4 years being uder HSMP.

The questions I have -

1. Is the employment letter required at all?
2. Are P60 forms required, won't the bank statement & payslips be enough?
3. What documents will they be happy with?

Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you

Hi

I did a bit of digging around but haven't found any specific replies. I am trying to find out what documents are required and if I don't submit the employment letter and the P60s?

Thank you
