FIrst off, please dont write in caps- we are all in the same boat here and almost everyone can bring attention to their case without "screaming"

All Im going to say in regards to your case is to REALLY check your educational qualifications. I am not from India so I havent the faintest as to how your higher educational system works, but there are plenty of posts on here from other Indians documenting which educational qualifications obtained the full points. Do search for them. Also, any professional qualifications that are not law, medicine, or business related do not count for points. Another point of contention would be your marraige- can you prove that you have lived together for two years- via shared utility bills and the like? Many people get caught on that- and if you were only recently married, and did not live together prior to the marriage, then I highly doubt you will be able to claim spouse points.

You should post, in small type, what your points breakdown is. 95 is an awful lot for someone under 28, and its an awful lot for someone over 28 as well.

Dont sent notarized and original copies- thats stupid and will annoy the caseworkers. They ask for originals, give them the originals. Only submit relevant documentation, there is utterly no need to send an avalanche of paper to the Home Office.

Timeline is usually 5-13 weeks, depends. Some people get it as fast as a week.

My documents were returned to the address I indicated by the Home Office. Everything was in order, with no damage to any important documents.
