Just moved to new address for work and school

Post by aspirant910 » Mon Dec 22, 2025 9:19 pm

Hello, I am filling in the naturalisation form and moved temporarily last month to a new address for work and school reasons. My spouse is still living at our previous address.

This is a temporary move due to my six-month work contract. I am registered with the new council and have moved out of the old council, although both addresses are in the same county.

On the form, ( Provide your living address) should I provide my old address or my new address? If it is only for correspondence, I am happy to provide my spouse’s address.
When we report move to new council, it do ask from where you have moved so i had to report both sides. Its so confiusing.

Please advise.

Report the new address. It won't affect your statutory requirements.
