Just started filling out visa application...

Hi guys, I am marrying my filipina girlfriend in June (in Malta, shes on a working visa) I have started filling out the application.. there are some questions that are not worded very well, Ive asked several people to take a look and they are confused too.....

in the Spouse/Partner details its asking for mother and father details is this my details or hers? its asking passport and nationality details I know its under the spouse partner secition but still its not asking for mine or hers... further down the pages it says.... Please enter details of their permanent residential address and contact details. You must enter at least one contact phone number... so this is for me as the key word is "their" but the others am not sure sorry if you think am being thick lol....

I have also been quoted £750 fix fee from start to finish by an immigration specialist would you use them or have you guys been filling out the application by yourselfs?

I have been told £956 for visa £500 medical surcharge (2.5 years ) £100 for test approx £50 house survey is there anything on top? I heard there is a fee for the biometric in malta but dont know how much that is..
