kids citizenship

Post by safdar » Thu Jan 22, 2015 8:59 pm

hi seniors
I got the visa (HSMP JR)on 31/10/2007 and entered the UK on 19/11/2007.
I got extension on 14/10/2009 for a period of 3 years until 19/11/2012.
my family including 2 kids entered on 25/02/20012.
all of us got ILR on 17/07/2013
i personally got naturalization on 03/12/2014.
a third baby was born on 09/2014.
now the question is:
when is my wife, two kids (8 and 10 years indian born) and third born in the UK can apply for naturalization?

many thanks

If married to BC you need to have been resident for the last 3 years and not have been out of UK for more than 270 days in total.
I am sometimes wrong.

Please read the above link again. It states about kids born abroad.
