Hi all,

This is a question on behalf of a friend. He graduated with me and was on a PSW visa for 2years. He then got offered a job and was given another 2year visa by the company. He now wants to apply for entrepreneur visa. My question

1. Can he apply under PSW - 50K route? or does he need to apply through 200k route?

The policy guideline says were " last granted leave". Does this also mean than because he was granted PSW visa he can still apply through the same route? If anyone has applied or has information that would be just great ! This forum has been fantastic, Thank you all in Advance
