Last minute Doubts...URGENT CLARIFICATION PLEASE

Dear all,

Just was browsing the forum and found out that for a british citizenship you have to be in the UK on the day 5 years ago when your application is being processed!!

My question is is that the same for ILR?

I entered on 10 June 05 and am applying for ILR tomorrow i.e. 24 th May as I understood you can apply upto 28 days in advance. I was not in UK before 10 June 05 so am I OK applying tomorrow or should I wait?

Please guide urgently...
