Latest guidelines and app. form

Hello,

Would anyone be kind enough to provide links for:

1. The latest policy guidelines for Tier1 (Applicable to extension applicant who are currently in the UK on HSMP)

2. The latest application form for Tier1 (Applicable to extension applicant who are currently in the UK on HSMP)

3. The latest Caseworker's guidelines

The request might sound a bit daft but there seems to be some confusion amongst the people I know and have asked; and theres no consensus on which is the latest.

Thank you. Yes those are the ones I have. Are they the most recently revised?

Also I couldnt find caseworker's guidelines. The one I have was revised in January 2008. Was that the last revision?

There are no caseworker guidance notes for Tier 1. The ones you have (Jan '08 ) are HSMP caseworker guidance notes - not Tier 1!
