Lawful Residence for 3years - help required

Post by Abdul85 » Tue Jun 25, 2013 3:22 pm

Hi

Just need some ideas of lawful residence in last 3years for my wife.

I am BC, she is Pakistani and had ILR in 12/04/2012 ... But passport lost shortly after.

She is housewife so no employer letter/HMRC or P60
The only UKBA letter I have confirms longer stay but doesn't say indefinite leave to remain - I did apply for SAR and that confirms ILR... But that's just copies of letters they have on the computer?? Should I take them in?

What's should I take?
Also I'm going via the NCS, will/can they refuse to send my application? As they are not sure it's going to be successful?

Thanks
