In Laws Family Vistor Visa

I am on Tier-1 (General) / HSMP and expecting a baby soon, Can I sponsor my in-laws for a visit to see their grand child. As I am bit worried that Home office may decline it for assuming nanny reasons.

Otherwise I am thinking to sponsor them without disclosing the arrival of the baby?

Any thoughts?
