My lawyer received a letter stating my college is closed

Post by sanjayrocks » Mon Jun 07, 2010 12:06 pm

Hi,

My visa was rejected last year and i appealed and was successful on march 2010. So far didnt get my id card from border agency. Today the lawyer phoned and told me he got a letter from a college that its closed. I spent so much for this and now really devastated to her this. Lawyer ask me to meet him this week to talk about it.
Please do give me some advise.
I was hoping to apply for partner visa as my gf has uk PR and we satisfy the requirements to obtain the visa.

Will the border agency ask me to leave UK? Is there any solution for me?

Thanks

It's strange that your lawyer had to phone and tell you that the college was closed.. If you where a student of the institution, then you would be knowing better if it's closed or not right.. ? Just wondering.. What college was this anyway?

You need to be registered in a UKBA inspected college. If your current one has closed, then I would suggest you immediately find a new college which is open and stable and good and is UKBA inspected.
