Leave to Enter as Partner

Post by lancearchon » Tue May 14, 2019 4:43 pm

Good afternoon,

Just wondering if anyone could help me with a query, my wife has finally been granted leave to enter as my partner, I am British Citizen, I have just had a terrible thought, a few years ago before we were married, we applied for a visit visa which was granted, my wife left her job just before she flew to the UK, her intention was to come to UK for small visit, then return back home to seek further employment, home office, said this was a change of circumstances and as such re-voked the visa.

My concern is now, even though it is our intention for her to remain in the UK, she has obviously left her job, would home office deem this as a change of circumstances and re-voke Leave to Enter, or am I just panicking?

kind regards

lance

You are over-thinking this and worrying unnecessarily. This isn't relevant to a spouse settlement visa.
