Hi

I am in the process of obtaining a two year spouse visa for my wife and the Home Office has written back to us saying they require evidence from 5 official sources addressed to both parties jointly or seperately.

My question is what are the best type of documents to send ? Are Bank and utility bills OK or are others better ?

Are you applying for a two year spouse visa or for ILR on the basis of a two year spouse visa?

If the latter then you must have filled in application form SET (M) and will see there is a detailed list of what documents to include in the application form. Alternatively check out this topic for more info:
