leave to remain

I applied for leave to remain in february2012 and was refused in feb 2013, bases that my partner pasaport, english test and i dont have valid visa while i was applying. buy in feb 22 2013, i gave home office all what they required from me. but they still refused me. the problem am having now is that i wish to go back to my country but my baby died here in may 31st 2009 as a result of NHS hegligence. and was buried here in uk, please i want to go back to my country and am begging the home secretary to please Exhumed my baby remains for me as i can not go to my country and leave my baby bones in uk. please help me how i can go about it
