Leave to remain when switching employers

Hi there

I am currently on a Tier 2 (General) visa, which was obtained on the 31 January 2013.

I was previously advised by Manci that if I was able to switch employers, that I would need to apply for leave to remain and obtain the unrestricted CoS prior to terminating my current employer's contract

Where can I find information to apply for leave to remain?

Is there a link for the application?
